Backend Software Engineer

Join a global B2B company developing cutting-edge optimization software for the food and delivery industry.What Youll Do:Build scalable backend systems for cloud and on-premise environments.Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, and deployment.Develop high-performance code for systems running worldwide, often on legacy hardware.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Product, QA, DevOps).Innovate under real-world constraints with performance and stability in mind.Work independently while driving backend best practices.Requirements: 3 years of backend experience (Go preferred; Python also relevant).Strong SQL & NoSQL skills, including performance tuning.Experience with RESTful APIs (GraphQL a plus), Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps.Knowledge of backend security and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).Proven ability to work on complex, large-scale systems.Strong architecture, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluent in Hebrew and EnglishThis position is open to all candidates.
