Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of backend developers Own backend delivery from design to productionHands-on development of high-performance C ++ Real-Time systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Ensure performance, reliability, and high development standards (code/design reviews)Manage Agile processes: planning, prioritization, and deliverySupport hiring and team growth Requirements:7+ years of software development experience, with strong C ++ expertiseProven experience leading or mentoring engineersStrong system design and architecture skills Deep understanding of OOP, memory management, multithreading, and concurrencyExperience developing complex Real-Time systemsStrong experience working in Linux environmentsExperience with Git and modern development tools Strong ownership and end-to-end responsibility mindset Advantages:Experience with ROS2 / robotics systems Familiarity with DDS protocolsBackground in robotics, autonomy, or Real-Time distributed systemsExperience with Docker / containers Experience leading or scaling teams This position is open to all candidates.
