We are looking for a BI & Data Solution Analyst to lead the organization's data transformation journey. Our Data & BI team is in the midst of a technological transformation, moving to a modern data platform based on Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI, enriched with AI and Copilot capabilities. We are seeking a data professional with strong business acumen who will lead the strategic migration from QlikView to Power BI and help shape the organization's analytics solutions for years to come.Lead end-to-end Data & BI solutions, from business requirements gathering through development, implementation, and adoption.Closely collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users, building advanced data models, and enabling data-driven decision-making.Requirements: 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in information solution design.Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, and semantic models in Power BI.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.Proven experience working with business stakeholders, from requirements gathering through solution implementation.Ability to work independently and lead projects across multiple business and technical interfaces.Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to translate technical requirements into measurable business value.Experience with QlikView, including maintenance of existing models and reports - AdvantageDeep understanding of DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling methodologies - AdvantageExperience with Snowflake, dbt, and/or Microsoft Fabric - AdvantageExperience in migration, modernization, or greenfield data platform projects - AdvantageFamiliarity with AI and Copilot tools in the analytics and data domain - Advantage.This position is open to all candidates.
