Responsibilities: Responsible for managing supplier accounts, including reconciliations.
Reviewing and processing supplier invoices from domestic and international vendors.
Managing payments to suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate with vendors regarding payments and invoices.
Preparing and posting journal entries.
Performing supplier account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Managing employee expense reports and reimbursements.
Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.

1-3 years of proven bookkeeping experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role is preferred.
High proficiency in English.
