Required Command & Control OperatorAs a Command & Control Operator, you will:Be part of the security department teamWork in shifts 247, including weekends and holidaysServe as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers and business partnersDetect, assess, document and escalate security and operational incidentsStaff the companys main reception during day shifts and ensure a professional, welcoming experienceMonitor security systems and operational platforms to detect, assess, document and escalate security and operational incidentsPrioritize emerging threats to protect assets and informationSupport business continuity activities and emergency responseMaintain operational logs, reports and shift handovers.Requirements: Experience as Command & Control operator from the private sector or military serviceFluent EnglishStrong analytical, communication and decision-making skillsHigh level of responsibility, integrity and customer service orientation.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeIt would be great if you also have:B.Sc. student in the Industrial Engineering field or equivalentExperience in corporate security, physical security or a similar operational role.This position is open to all candidates.
