We are looking for a Senior Algorithm Engineer who enjoys solving hard problems, is comfortable working independently, and wants to own complete algorithmic solutions end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role with real influence over product direction, architecture, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced algorithms combining classical mathematical approaches with AI-based image and video processing.
- Lead end-to-end algorithm development, from research and prototyping to production-level implementation.
- Define and implement data collection, characterization, and labeling methodologies.
- Work on complex, multidisciplinary systems, involving software, algorithms, and system-level constraints.
- Take full technical ownership of your solutions and their impact on the product.
Requirements
- Academic degree from a recognized university in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics - a must.
- 4 years of relevant industry experience in algorithm development.
- Strong, hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
- Proven experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Excellent Python skills.
- Solid background in Signal Processing.
- Experience working on complex systems.
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English.
