Control Center Representative

We are looking for a representative for the control center in Umm al-Fahm/Haifa offices to manage order processes and communicate with delivery personnel, restaurant owners, and store owners.What Will You DoSupervision and monitoring of orders and handling issues. Communication with different departments.Tracking the stages of the order.Working in changing shifts, including evenings and late hours.Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic and Hebrew.Strong computer skills and fast learning ability.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work flexible shifts.This position is open to all candidates.
