Controller

The Controller will lead the accounting team, work closely with external auditors and advisors, and provide in-depth financial analysis to senior management and the Audit Committee in a fast-paced, public-company environment. Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of working papers in accordance with US GAAP Prepare the Companys consolidated financial statements, quarterly press releases, and other SEC filings Support the audit process and work closely with external auditors Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls across financial operations Support SOX compliance and internal control testing Handle ad-hoc projects as neededRequirements: CPA with Big 4 firm experience - required 2-3 years of accounting experience (including internship) - required Strong knowledge of US GAAP;

experience with US public companies - an advantage Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) - an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience with AI tools - a strong advantage Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.This position is open to all candidates.
