Controller

a global public high-tech company listed on NASDAQ, is seeking an experienced Controller to join its finance leadership team. Quarterly close processes, SEC reporting support, and financial oversight across global operations. The Controller will lead the accounting team, work closely with external auditors and advisors, and provide in-depth financial analysis to senior management and the Audit Committee in a fast-paced, public-company environment.Requirements: CPA with Big 4 firm experience - required 2-3 years of accounting experience (including internship) - required Strong knowledge of US GAAP;

experience with US public companies - an advantage Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) - an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience with AI tools - a strong advantage Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.This position is open to all candidates.
