Controller

We are looking for a Controller to join our team.What you will be doing:Supporting the consolidation process and leading various related tasksReviewing quarterly and year-end closing processes of subsidiariesPreparing quarterly and annual financial statements (6-K and 20-F)Preparing financial analysis for quarterly and annual reportsWork closely with subsidiaries in the group, provide support and guidelinesServe as an interface between the operational and professional finance teamsacross the organizationAssisting in implementing new accounting standardsOverseeing accounting procedures and internal controlsAd-Hoc tasks and projectsRequirements: CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm - at least 3 years of experience in auditKnowledge of US GAAPAt least 2 years of experience in similar position in a public company or a subsidiary of public companyAbility to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and statementsFluent EnglishMulti-task ability - can handle several issues simultaneouslyOutstanding interpersonal skillsThis position is open to all candidates.
