Supporting all major and custom-built game engines and a full-stack ad monetization solution that provides complete control over ad placements makes our company the preferred in-game ad monetization partner for developers worldwide.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processesManage the month-end financial close and consolidation across all subsidiariesMaintain the global tax plan and internal controlsAnalyze financial data and business metrics to provide actionable insightsConduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial results globally and drive corrective actionsLeverage data analysis to generate insights that support business teams in improving performanceAssist in preparing investor relations materials and support fundraising initiativesHelp define KPIs for business teams, using data to initiate projects that drive performance and target achievementCollaborate with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits and address ongoing issues as requiredMonitor company performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIsOversee the monthly billing process, ensuring accurate data entryWork closely with leadership to define, track, and analyze MBOs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving accountabilityRequirements: WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?At least 2 years of experience as an assistant controller in a global organizationA broad understanding of international finance and accounting standardsSpecialized knowledge in international tax regulations and complianceStrong experience with the Netsuite ERP system is essentialExperience with Mesh and HubSpot systems is a plusA degree in Accounting and a CPA qualification are requiredBackground in a high-tech company is preferredExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficientlyA proactive attitude with a commitment to improving finance processesExcellent written and spoken EnglishA hands-on approach with an eye for detailThis position is open to all candidates.
