we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Controller to join our dynamic finance team.This is a hands-on, high-impact role with significant responsibility over day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of key processes, contribute to exciting ongoing projects, and help ensure compliance with accounting standards-all while helping us scale efficiently.This position works closely with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate reporting and effective collaboration across departments.Responsibilities:Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in compliance with U.S. GAAPCoordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual auditsOversee daily accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliationsSupport implementation of accounting systems, automation tools, and internal controlsEnsure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and support ongoing complianceTake ownership of accounting processes and continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracyLeverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve decision-makingCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across reporting and complianceAssist with special projects, financial analysis, and other ad hoc initiatives.Requirements: Licensed CPA with 2-3 years of experience in an Assistant Controller or similar role (post-internship) - RequiredInternship at a Big 4 accounting firm - RequiredExperience with NetSuite or other ERP systems - PreferredExperience with B2B SaaS companies - PreferredExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsStrong Excel skills and analytical mindsetHigh attention to detail, organized, and accountableDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesTeam player with confidence to work independently and cross-functionallyProactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.This position is open to all candidates.
