Were hiring a data & AI team lead - Hands-on for a key role combining professional leadership with deep technical involvement across data and AI domains.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leading and building - acting as a technical authority, setting standards and methodologies, guiding a small professional team, and remaining highly involved in hands-on development.Key responsibilities include:Professional leadership of a data / BI / AI teamHands-on development of ETL processes, data models, integrations, and data layersDesigning and implementing DWH / data Lake / Lakehouse architecturesWorking with SAP -based data and complex enterprise environmentsLeading AI solutions from business need identification and POC through production implementationCollaborating with business stakeholders, managers, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutionsRequirements: What were looking for:6 years of experience in data Engineering / DWH / data AnalyticsAt least 2 years of experience in technical leadership or team managementStrong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL, and data modelingExperience with Python or another relevant programming languageProven experience working with SAP data and familiarity with S/4HANA, BW, CDS, SAC, or similar environmentsSignificant practical experience in developing and implementing AI solutionsStrong ability to connect technology with business needsExperience in complex commercial environments, supply chain, inventory, sales, distributionThis position is open to all candidates.
