Data Analyst

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong business understanding to join our Monitoring team.What Youll DoAnalyze operational and financial data across merchant segments to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunitiesSupport pricing activities with data-driven models and ad-hoc analysesWork cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to define problems and deliver actionable recommendationsAutomate recurring data workflows to improve team efficiencyLeverage AI tools to enhance analysis speed and qualityBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that help stakeholders make faster, better decisions.Requirements: 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst - a mustBA/B.Sc. in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or another quantitative fieldStrong analytical thinking and a business mindset Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently query large and complex datasetsHigh Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modellingThe ability to work in a demanding fast-paced global environment and manage multiple projects and prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (written & spoken)Experience with Python for data analysis and automation - an advantageExperience working with BI tools (e.g., Qlik) - an advantageExperience using AI tools for data analysis and workflow improvement - advantage.This position is open to all candidates.
