data Engineer / data Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Level data Professional with strong SQL skills, hands-on experience with Airflow, the ability to read and understand Python code used in data pipelines, and practical familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor or Claude.Job Description-In this role, you will serve as a core pillar of our data operations and pipeline management. This position requires a blend of sharp analytical thinking, advanced problem-solving, and a deep understanding of production-grade ETL /ELT workflows. You will closely manage and optimize our data infrastructure, investigate and resolve complex data discrepancies, duplicates, and missing records, and leverage modern AI-driven tools to accelerate your workflow and troubleshooting.

Furthermore, you will act as a key bridge, communicating technical data issues clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Requirements: Must-have 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI engineering, or a similar data -focused role Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, CTEs, and window functions Experience investigating data discrepancies, duplicates, and missing records Ability to troubleshoot Airflow DAGs, including task dependencies, schedules, and failures Ability to read and understand Python code used in data pipelines Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor or Claude for troubleshooting and productivity Experience working with production ETL / ELT pipelines Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detailNice-to-have:Familiarity with marketing data or campaign performance flowsExperience with modern data platforms (Spark, Iceberg, Kafka, or cloud systems)Passion for exploring new AI capabilities and adopting innovThis position is open to all candidates.
