data Scientist

Were hiring a Validation data Scientist to join a leading Fintech company and work on the validation of Machine Learning -based credit models.

Contract: Temporary position until the end of the year, with an option to extend.

Location: Tel Aviv, on the train line.

Work model: Hybrid - 2 days from home per week. ?What will you do Validate ML-based credit models, assessing performance, data quality, robustness, and conceptual soundness. Challenge model assumptions and propose alternative approaches when needed. Analyze model strengths and weaknesses and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

Generate insights and analyses to support data -driven decisions. Prepare thorough model validation documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Support ongoing monitoring and improvement of predictive models.Requirements: Requirements - Must Have 3+ years of experience in data Science roles with exposure to Machine Learning models.

Strong

Python skills, including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and Seaborn. Bachelors degree in data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with excellent communication abilities.

Fluent

English. Nice to Have Masters degree in a relevant field.

Experience in Finance or financial modeling. Familiarity with Cloud platforms and distributed computing, particularly AWS. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and model risk in financial models.This position is open to all candidates.
