Development Manager

A leading software company is looking for an experienced Development Manager to join its executive leadership team. This is a highly strategic role and one of the most senior positions in the organization, with full responsibility for leading the development department and driving the companys technology vision.The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience managing development organizations, while serving as a key partner to business stakeholders and customers.ResponsibilitiesLead and Manage the Development DepartmentProvide overall leadership for the development organization, including software engineers and QA professionals.Directly manage a team of approximately 8-9 employees.Define and execute the departments strategy, roadmap, and operational plans.Establish and improve development methodologies, processes, andRequirements: Significant management experience leading development departments or business units, not just development teams.Proven track record in building strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for software organizations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational change and cross-functional initiatives.Extensive background in software development and a deep understanding of modern development environments.Experience working with executive stakeholders, business teams, and customers.Hands-on experience implementing and leveraging AI tools within software development organizations - required.Experience working in PHP -based environments - a strong advantage.This position is open to all candidates.
