DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD and build pipeline optimization. You will focus on improving build performance, automating delivery workflows, and supporting reliable release processes using Azure DevOps (On-Prem) and Jenkins.The role also includes IT-related tasks such as server installations, network troubleshooting, and OS support. The ideal candidate is highly technical, proactive, and works effectively with Development, QA, and IT teams to solve complex challenges.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (On-Prem) and Jenkins.Develop and maintain automation workflows using Ansible.Own and lead build, release, and deployment processes for development teams.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of DevOps infrastructure.Manage task tracking and ALM processes to support Agile/Scrum teams, including handling requests for task management changes.Perform IT-related tasks, including physical server installations, network troubleshooting, and operating system support.Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.Strong experience with Azure DevOps Server (On-Prem) CI/CD.Basic system administration knowledge in Windows Server and Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu/RHEL).Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing).Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).Experience working with Git and branching strategies.Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, ARM, etc.).Experience with Jenkins - a plus.Knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) - a plus.Experience with JIRA - a plus.Good communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.Strong ownership, accountability, and a problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.This position is open to all candidates.
