As a DevOps Engineer you spearhead the transformation and scaling of our infrastructure.If you are an engineer who is passionate about developing an innovative product, making an impact, and leading and shaping an entire domain in the company!In your day-to-day you will collaborate with all teams in our R&D, and take part in analyzing challenges, bottlenecks and issues, designing, planning, driving key initiatives, building infrastructure and mentoring the teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD workflows (ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions)Manage ephemeral environments for every PR or feature branch using K8s, Crossplane, and TerraformBuild and enforce secure deployment practices (e.g., MFA, role-based access, audit trails)Improve and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, OpenTelemetry)Implement deployment safety mechanisms: canary analysis, B/G deployments, rollback policiesSupport performance, incident response, and SLO tracking across servicesCollaborate with backend teams to define and automate FinOps-aware environmentsAssist in managing Confluent Kafka, MongoDB Atlas, and cloud-native services (EKS, GCP, AWS)Help build secure workflows across VPN, SSO (Google Workspace), secret scanning, and IaCRequirements: 5 years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering rolesDeep experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and modern CI/CD toolingFamiliarity with GitOps principles and tools (ArgoCD preferred)Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and networking (VPC, ALBs, DNS)Proficiency with observability tools and log aggregation systemsAwareness of security best practices (IAM, MFA, vulnerability scanning, SOC2 fundamentals)Experience with ephemeral or on-demand environments - big plusAbility to navigate between automation and security/compliance requirementsComfortable with scripting in Bash, Python, or GoThis position is open to all candidates.
