DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure-focused Cloud & DevOps Engineer who can take full ownership of customer projects — from understanding the business need, through designing the solution, to hands-on implementation and delivery.

This role combines deep Azure expertise, strong customer-facing and consulting abilities, and the drive to deliver impactful cloud solutions.

A managerial growth path is available for high performers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end Azure projects: discovery, architecture, implementation, and delivery.
• Design and deploy Azure cloud infrastructures following Microsoft best practices.
• Conduct technical engagements with customers: POCs, architecture reviews, design workshops, and SOW creation.
• Work hands-on across Azure: cloud-native architectures, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), IaC, automation, and security.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value through strategic technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert-level support.
• Collaborate with a team of cloud experts and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven, hands-on experience working directly with Azure (infrastructure design, deployment, operations).
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps / Pipelines, Git, and cloud CI/CD.
• Advanced skills in Terraform or Bicep (IaC).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments:
• Azure AD / Entra ID, Networking, Security, Compute, Storage.
• Customer-facing experience: leading technical discussions, presenting solutions, driving delivery.
• Scripting / development experience (Python / PowerShell / Bash).
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end technical delivery.

Nice to Have

• Technical pre-sales or consulting background.
• Experience with Azure Data & AI services
• (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric).
• Experience with Microsoft On-Prem environments (AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V).
• Azure certifications (Associate / Expert).
