Echo's containers, libraries, OS packages, VMs, and more are built and patched from source by agentic pipelines, and continuously vetted for supply chain threats. With us, developers and agents can build with secure-by-default software that's compatible with the tools and versions they already use.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our core team and own the infrastructure that builds, ships, and runs Echo's artifacts and platform, including the infrastructure our customers rely on.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and manage the scalable AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, behind our factory and the platform our customers rely on
• Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and release our artifacts at scale, quickly and securely
• Build and run the infrastructure that delivers our artifacts to customers (registries, access control, and distribution), and support their use cases, including mirroring and integrations
• Build the infrastructure that runs our AI-powered factory and its agents at scale
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and performance

What you bring

Required

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer with proven track record in production environments
• Extensive cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Proven hands-on experience with containerized environments and microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (GitHub Actions, Argo, Jenkins or similar)
• Strong sense of ownership, and the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Preferred

• Experience with build systems, large-scale CI, or Linux package builds
• Experience running AI agents or LLM-based workflows in production
• Familiarity with software supply chain security, such as provenance, signing, and vulnerability scanners
