DevOps Engineer (U.S Citizen)

we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (U.S. Citizen) to join our FedStart team. This role is dedicated to supporting our expansion into U.S. federal and regulated environments. You will work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to build and operate secure cloud infrastructure while helping establish the foundations of our FedRAMP program.This position is based in Israel and requires U.S. citizenship due to responsibilities involving U.S.regulated environments and customer requirements.What youll be doingBuild and operate secure AWS cloud environments supporting regulated workloadsDesign and maintain production Kubernetes (EKS) platformsImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and related toolingBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on security and compliancePartner with Security and Engineering teams to implement FedRAMP controls and operational processesImprove reliability, scalability and observability across cloud environmentsAutomate operational and compliance workflowsParticipate in incident response and operational support rotationsContribute to security audits, evidence collection, and compliance initiativesRequirements: U.S.

Citizen (required)3+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE experienceStrong AWS experience in production environmentsStrong Kubernetes (EKS preferred) experienceHands-on Terraform experienceStrong Linux administration skillsPython or similar scripting language for automationExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability platformsStrong understanding of cloud security best practicesComfortable using AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate development, troubleshooting, automation, and operational workflowsThis position is open to all candidates.
