Usually no requirement for on call after work hours but production problems might happen some times.

At least 2 year must real hands-on experience in:

DevOps in AWS
AWS networking (NAT, Transit Gateway, VPC)
AWS EC2
Docker
AWS ECS or EKS
Terraform
Linux OS system administration
Basic Networking understanding (no need for hands experiences with network gear)

Advantage but not required:

Windows OS and windows AD and IIS
RDS
Data services like Athena glue and Redshift
Lambda
Event driven architecture
