Devops TL

we are looking for a DevOps Team Leader to lead and own the DevOps domain of the SW group, with end-to-end responsibility over CI/CD, ALM, and IT infrastructure.In this role, you will become an integral part of the SW organization, enabling development teams and increasing productivity by partnering with cross-organizational functions. As part of this role, you will hold full accountability for DevOps platforms, infrastructure stability, scalability, and continuous improvement. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, automation, and people management, with a strong focus on operational excellence, collaboration, and delivery.What will you be doing:Own and lead DevOps, CI/CD, and ALM processes for existing and new productsDesign, implement, and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines for performance, stability, and visibilityLead process automation and continuous improvements using Azure DevOps (on‑prem TFS), Jira, Git‑based toolsTake full ownership of DevOps IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, storage, labs, images, and HPC environmentsParticipate in new products and computational product designAct as the technical lead and decision owner for DevOps and IT initiativesLead and grow the DevOps team, define clear ownership, and act as Scrum MasterSupport customer deployments and new product implementationsRequirements: 4 years of experience as a Team Leader10 years of experience as a DevOps EngineerStrong experience with Azure DevOps (TFS - on premises), Jira, Git, GitLab/GitHub, ArtifactoryProven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins)Strong background in Microsoft and Linux infrastructureExperience with containers, Kubernetes, and microservicesExcellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skillsHPC infrastructure experience - AdvantagesPowerShell and/or Bash scripting - AdvantagesBig Data systems (HDFS, Cloudera) - AdvantagesDeep expertise in Azure DevOps - AdvantagesThis position is open to all candidates.
