Director, Finance

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to lead both finance and Corporate Controllership and M&A responsibilities.This high impact role is ideal for a finance leader experienced in complex transactions, technical accounting, and global reporting within a fast growing SaaS environment.How will you make an impact?Corporate Accounting, SEC Reporting and Technical ProjectsLead and oversee all SEC reporting including quarterly and annual filings ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP and SOXOwn the global month end and quarter end close process ensuring high quality and timely reporting across worldwide entitiesMaintain and enhance the Group Accounting Policy including implementation of new accounting standards across the organizationLead complex accounting initiatives including new standards, system implementations, policy enhancements, and audit related requestsPartner with the Global Tax team on tax accounting matters including quarterly and annual tax provisions, uncertain tax positions, and tax-related disclosures.Support SOX activities internal control improvements and automation initiativesOversee strategic accounting analyses across global entitiesPartner with IT on process automation and system improvements utilizing Workday Financials AI supported analytics and other finance systemsPresent financial insights risks and recommendations to senior leadershipMergers and Acquisitions:Lead the finance workstream across the full M&A lifecycle including due diligence, purchase accounting, integration, and post-acquisition financial governancePartner with Corporate Development and Legal on deal structuring, financial modeling, and accounting considerationsDrive post-merger integration across processes, systems, controls, and reportingAssess synergies, operational impacts, and key risks of acquisition targetsCross Functional Collaboration:Partner with business leaders to support financial governance operational alignment and data integrityCollaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, HR ,IT and Operations on strategic initiativesSupport transformation initiatives including AI enabled finance capabilities.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related fieldCPA required (Big Four background strongly preferred)8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance accounting preferably within SaaS industry4 years of proven management experience in global complex environmentsDirect M&A experience including due diligence purchase accounting and integrationStrong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidation ,SEC reporting and technical accountingExperience owning and driving a global month end close processExperience with Workday Finance and NetSuite is an advantageAbility to lead cross functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholdersExcellent analytical organizational and communication skillsExperience with AI driven finance tools analytics or automation is a strong advantage.This position is open to all candidates.
