End-User Computing Specialist

The specialist will lead EUC projects at a variety of organizations while delivering an end to end professional services (planning, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance). As part of the specialist role, you'll be managing queries and issues escalated from customers.ResponsibilitiesPlan and architect EUC solutions from the infrastructure level to the end-user device levelIntegrate best practices, evolving technologies, and EUC platforms such as VDI, Terminal, DAAS workspaces, and overall Enterprise MobilityCreate High & Low-level design documents, including procedures documentationInstallation and configuration of EUC solutions as part of the project scopeBuild work plans, setting deadlines for various projects, and lead them to executionTesting new technologies, finding the appropriate use cases with the customer base, and leading POC activitiesKeep up to date with EUC solutions using documentation and LAB tests, and maintain required certificationsProvide effective technical support and fault resolution with timely feedback to customers, adhering to Service Level AgreementsProvide maintenance activities as part of a scheduled maintenance window during business hours and non-business hours if requiredTake ownership of patching and upgrade projects for EUC environments in various organizationsRequirements: 3 years of experience in maintaining and working in enterprise Microsoft environmentsPrevious experience with VDI / Terminal infrastructureStrong experience with Horizon by OmnissaStrong experience with building and managing end-user policies using GPO'sStrong experience with Image creation for desktops and other EUC platformsVirtual infrastructure knowledge and experience preferably VMware vSphereStrong experience with troubleshooting complex user workspace issuesPassionate about technology and solving problemsSelf-driven learner motivated to embed process improvements and proactive troubleshootingExcellent time-management skills and the ability, and willingness, to multitaskGreat face-to-face support and customer care, strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and attention to detailSecurity clearance- AdvantagePrevious experience with SCCM / BigFix solutions - AdvantagePrevious experience with MDM / EMM solutions - AdvantageDriver's license requiredFluent English, both written and spoken, is requiredThis position is open to all candidates.
