Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is:We are looking for a seasoned leader with a mature management mindset, capable of mentoring top talent while actively shaping our product and driving business impact.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a dedicated development team.Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users.Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture.Solving complex problems with innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems.Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams.Strong business and product understanding.Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments.Experience with Backend Development.Experience leading teams using Generative AI and spec-Driven development across the full SDLC, including AI- assisted DEV and agentic coding workflows.Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Strong proficiency in Java Spring - Advantage.Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.This position is open to all candidates.
