Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our brand advertising unit. Our product delivers cutting-edge performance-focused media solutions for leading global brands, while shaping the future of media-buying technology. Lead all R D aspects and scope in one of our most strategic products.Have tons of technological and business impact, and play a significant part in our growth!Requirements: 5+ years leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on.Strong expertise in JAVA, React /Angular, and large-scale Real-Time systems.Experience deploying ML/ DL models to production with data teams.Hands-on with AI tools, agentic coding, MCPs, and AI governance.Ability to define technical vision, lead roadmaps, and deliver with minimal documentation.Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and driving change initiatives.Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Nice to Have:Experience in AdTech or online marketing.Experience with auction-based systems (e.g., programmatic advertising or trading).This position is open to all candidates.
