We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of one of our Product business units.In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the GM, helping drive operational excellence, coordination, and execution across a fast-paced global organization. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, and other functions to ensure priorities are effectively managed and key initiatives move forward seamlessly.The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong judgment and discretion, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while building effective relationships across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and making a meaningful impact on the success of a global business.How will you make an impact?Partner closely with the General Manager to support day-to-day operations, leadership priorities, and strategic initiativesCoordinate leadership forums, business reviews, and cross-functional meetings across global teams and time zonesPrepare agendas, capture key decisions, track action items, and drive follow-through to ensure executionAct as a central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Facilities, and other business functionsManage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and executive communicationsAssist in planning team events, offsites, leadership meetings, and employee engagement activitiesWork with vendors and support budget administration, purchase orders, and expense tracking related to team activitiesSupport onboarding and organizational logistics for new team membersBuild strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, while handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalismIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance organizational effectivenessServe as a trusted extension of the General Manager, demonstrating sound judgment, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Requirements: Relevant academic degree5+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutionsAbility to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of autonomyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPointExperience working with internal systems such as Concur, procurement/PO systems, or HR platforms (e.g., Workday) - an advantageExperience supporting event coordination and managing budgets - an advantageComfortable working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.This position is open to all candidates.
