Required Experienced Technical Project ManagerAbout the team:Our Radar group develops innovative high-performance Imaging Radar solutions for ADAS and Autonomous Driving markets.We are seeking an experienced and independent Technical Program Manager, who will lead a multi-disciplinary cutting-edge projects. The scope of work requires deep technical understanding, detailed planning and tracking of concurrent development activities and effective collaboration with several development teams, different stakeholders and management.What will your job look like:Plan, manage and lead the project through all development phasesCollaborate with cross-functional development teams such as VLSI, RF, System, HW, Algorithms, SW and ValidationIdentify possible technical or execution problems and risks and drive for solutionsEnsure that product is delivered on time, meeting KPIs and within budgetReport program development progress to senior managers.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science5+ years experience as a technical program manager7+ years experience with System design, architecture or verificationOutstanding leadership, management and collaboration skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex program or technical situations to a variety of audienceExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with VLSI, RF, HW or SW - advantageFluent English and Hebrew.This position is open to all candidates.
