Finance Manager

We're looking for an Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This is a hybrid role combining financial analysis with hands-on accounting work.You'll play a key role in reconciling company reports against payment provider (PSP) data, managing and analyzing monthly PSP costs, reviewing monthly customer (publisher) reports, and supporting the finance team's ongoing operational and analytical needs. Key Responsibilities:Reconcile company financial reports against PSP (Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Adyen, etc.) settlement data and transaction reportsManage and analyze monthly PSP costs, identifying discrepancies and trendsAssist in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities related to PSP data using AI Review and validate monthly customer (publisher) reports for accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Operations) to ensure accurate financial reportingAct as the controller for some of the company's subsidiaries, including monthly closing process, filling VAT returns, annual tax report and all related item Support ad-hoc projects and ongoing tasks within the Finance departmentRequirements: 2 years of experience post-internship, in an FP&A rolePrevious experience at a fintech company - mustStrong Excel skills; comfort working with large datasetsExcellent analytical skills with high attention to detailStrong communication skills, written and verbalAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExperience with payment processors/PSPs (Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Adyen, or similar) an advantageThis position is open to all candidates.
