Financial Controller

Our Innovation Center in Israel is looking for a hands-on, experienced Financial Controller to join our team and take full ownership of the companys financial operations in Israel, while working closely with global finance teams as part of a publicly traded international group. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who enjoys taking on responsibility, end-to-end ownership, and working in a dynamic, fast-growing tech environment. About the role:

Lead the reconciliation of income funds from processing companies, including in-depth analysis of processing fees, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper reflection in the companys financial records Own and manage the companys revenue cycle, including revenue recognition and transaction-level profitability analysis Oversee all accounting operations of the companys subsidiaries, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and tax compliance Ensure full compliance with internal reporting requirements, financial regulations, and US GAAP Maintain high standards of quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability Work cross-functionally to optimize business processes to achieve the Companys KPI.Requirements: 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the high-tech industry. Bachelors degree in accounting, Big 4 CPA Working for NASDAQ-traded companies - an advantage SOX Compliance experience.

Experience in the tech industry, working in a high-growth state of mind Strong knowledge of US GAAP and extensive accounting expertise in areas such as revenue recognition.

Must be team-oriented and able to fulfill and adapt to internal and external requests Strong written and verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew & English) to facilitate the effective writing of internal and external documents and to facilitate decisions and achieve results.

Proficient in MS Excel.

Experience with ERP systems (Priority) High level of English Good to know: Our amazing offices are located in Rishon LeZion, at the iconic Millennium Tower (Tower 1000).

We work in a hybrid model: 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.This position is open to all candidates.
