Forward-Deployed Engineer

we are looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer. Forward-Deployed Engineers sit alongside our customers - configuring the platform to their workflows, building the bespoke tooling that gets them to value quickly, and bringing real-world feedback back to product and R&D.Key Responsibilities:Embed with customers during onboarding and through go-live: workflows, integrations, evaluationConfigure agents and integrations to fit each customer's actual processBuild internal tooling that lets customer success scaleBring customer truths back to product and R&D - what works, what doesn't, what's missingVisit jobsites and customer offices regularlyRequirements: Strong engineering background with senior-IC experienceAbility to translate ambiguous customer needs into technical implementationComfort in front of senior buyers and on active job sitesA real interest in customers - not just a polite toleranceBonusAEC, construction, or vertical-software exposureSolutions-engineering or forward-deployed backgroundExperience shaping a customer-facing engineering practice from scratchThis position is open to all candidates.
