Founding Engineer

A cybersecurity company is seeking a Founding Engineer for a key and impactful role.This position includes full ownership of the development, architecture, and delivery of an advanced SaaS platform designed for Enterprise organizations and cybersecurity management.This is a senior role for a highly hands-on candidate with strong technical depth, broad system thinking, and the ability to lead a product end-to-end - from architectural decisions to maintaining a stable, secure, and scalable production environment.Responsibilities:Lead the entire R&D function of the productMake architectural decisions and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructureStay hands-on with development when needed, including Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, and integrationsWork closely with leadership, product, and business stakeholders to build a clear technical and product roadmapBridge business needs, cybersecurity challenges, and technical executionRequirements: 5 Years of experience as a Fullstack EngineerStrong experience in Backend development with Node.js / TypeScriptProven experience in System Design and software architectureStrong experience in React and modern Frontend environmentsExperience with AWS Serverless and Cloud-based systemsAbility to lead a technology product end-to-endPrevious experience in SaaS / Cyber environments - significant advantageFamiliarity with cybersecurity domains and CISO-related challenges - strong advantageExperience with AI Development tools such as Cursor - advantageThis position is open to all candidates.
