we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. Youll be part of a collaborative group of analysts, delivering key financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and helping drive strategic decisions across the company.ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.Own and drive comprehensive, holistic analysis of company expenses, partnering with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure full visibility and control.Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports.Provide ongoing financial support and analysis for various teams, projects, customer transactions, and strategic initiatives.Build ad-hoc financial models, reports, and analysis as needed.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and explaining variances.Collaborate with the finance team and department heads to deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making.Be proactive - identify opportunities for process improvements and bring forward your own ideas and initiatives.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field3-4 years of experience in FP&A rolesFluent English - written and verbalStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasetsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailHigh standards of accuracy, precision, and professionalismAbility to meet deadlines and perform well under pressureStrong sense of ownership - ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive things to completionExperience in financial analysis, executive presentations and building complex financial models - AdvantageExperience with daily use of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into work - AdvantageThis position is open to all candidates.
