frontend Tech Lead

A leading technology company is looking for a frontend Tech Lead to provide technical leadership and drive the Front-End domain.The role includes leading a team of Front-End developers, making architectural decisions, conducting Code Reviews, mentoring team members, and maintaining significant Hands-On development involvement.Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in Front-End development.Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in providing technical leadership to Front-End developers.Strong expertise in React -MUSTDeep experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.Proven experience developing complex, large-scale Web applications.Strong understanding of Front-End architecture, Design Patterns, and software engineering Best Practices.Experience with State Management, REST APIs, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong ability to lead technical design and solution architecture while remaining highly Hands-On.Significant advantage:Experience with Micro-Frontends, Design Systems, Grafana, and working with data Sources.This position is open to all candidates.
