We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong Frontend orientation to join our Platform Engineering team, focusing on building and enhancing our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Backstage as a platform. This role is primarily Frontend-focused (approximately 80% Frontend / 20% Backend), with an emphasis on creating intuitive, scalable, and developer-friendly user experiences.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining self-service capabilities that improve developer experience and streamline software delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance developer productivity and platform adoption.
Develop and maintain modern Frontend applications using React, with Backend development in Java as part of the platform ecosystem
Design, build, and deploy web services and microservices
Create scalable, user-focused, and responsive UI components and workflows
Utilize Docker for containerization and manage database integrations
Work in Agile development environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with platform engineers, developers, and stakeholders to improve the Internal Developer Platform experience
