Full Stack Team Lead

We are looking for a Fullstack Team Leader who can rally a team behind a vision, build it efficiently, and have the foresight to help the company scale through software. Most of all, we exceed our clients expectations while still having fun.Responsibilities:Design, code, and manage large scale, highly available, real-time (low latency) services using cutting edge technologies (Node.js, React, Redis, Kubernetes, etc. over AWS).Lead and mentor a team of around 4 members, abroad, and performing code reviews to other team members.Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to craft the most optimal solutions for our problems. Design and develop APIs or integrate with 3rd party APIs.Manage a time-efficient sprint plan. Plan, groom and manage the present sprint and the upcoming ones with Product.Understand and implement security and data protection needs, and assist in-house teams and supply creative solutions for various problems.Requirements: 6+ years of coding experience in Backend (NodeJS is preferred) and Frontend (One of the popular frameworks; React, Vue, Angular)3+ years of management experienceWorking knowledge with SQL and NoSQL databasesWorking with one of the cloud providers: AWS, Google, MicrosoftExperience in the software life cycle and knowing how to work in an agile environmentCan-do attitude, self-sufficient, capable of learning alone and good EnglishBonus Skills:Experience working with offshore constructors - AdvantageExperience with web-based SaaS systemsExperience with Big DataExperience with KubernetesThis position is open to all candidates.
