Full Stack Team Lead

We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to build and lead the C2 development team from the ground up. This role combines technical leadership and people management, with strong ownership over architecture, execution, and alignment with the broader system (core backend and edge platforms).ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Team LeadershipBuild, lead, and mentor a team of frontend/full-stack developersDefine team standards, development processes, and best practicesDrive execution, delivery planning, and technical qualitySupport hiring, onboarding, and growth of team membersTechnical LeadershipLead the design of the architecture (including microfrontend approach)Guide implementation of a real-time, high-performance C2 applicationEnsure scalability, maintainability, and modular system designMake key technology decisions and define development guidelinesReview designs and code, ensuring alignment with architecture and standardsCross-Team CollaborationWork closely with Core (backend) and Edge (on-device) teamsTranslate product roadmap and system constraints into technical directionEnsure alignment between frontend, backend, and edge capabilitiesDrive integration strategies across:Real-time communication layersVideo streaming pipelinesTelemetry and control systemsSystem OwnershipOwn the end-to-end frontend domain within a distributed systemBalance product requirements with technical constraints (real-time, air-gapped, edge)Identify risks, trade-offs, and long-term architectural considerationsLead debugging and resolution of complex cross-system issuesRequirements: 6+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team leadership rolesStrong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)Proven experience designing architecture for complex systemsTechnical ExpertiseExperience building real-time, data-intensive applicationsStrong understanding of architecture and modular designExperience integrating with:Backend systems (Java / Python)Real-time communication (WebSockets, pub/sub)Distributed systems / messaging (Kafka, Redis, etc.) - AdvantageUnderstanding of performance, scalability, and state managementThis position is open to all candidates.
