Full Stack Tech Lead

we are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead.As a Full Stack Tech Lead, youll set the technical direction for end-to-end development across frontend and backend, ensuring scalability, performance, and high-quality standards. Youll design robust solutions, guide architectural decisions, and improve development workflows. The role combines hands-on coding with mentorship and leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features.Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack EngineerStrong experience building and scaling complex web applications (frontend + backend)Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React) and backend technologies (Node.js or similar)Strong architectural thinking, with the ability to design and lead scalable, maintainable systemsProven experience leading projects, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineersAbility to balance hands-on development with team leadership and ownershipProficiency with Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworksExcellent communication and cross-team collaboration skillsStrong commitment to high-quality, maintainable codeThis position is open to all candidates.
