We are looking for an experienced Help desk Engineer to join a global IT team and provide Tier 1/2 Technical Support in a modern cloud-first environment.

This role requires hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, and JumpCloud, along with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Full-time, hybrid position based in Herzliya, Israel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 Technical Support for end users across the organization.

Administer and support Google Workspace services, including user and group management.

Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment and policy management.

Administer users, devices, and authentication through JumpCloud and Microsoft Entra ID.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and authentication issues.

Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve incidents and improve IT processes.

Maintain technical documentation and follow IT best practices.Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a Help desk / IT Support role.

Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace.

Experience with Microsoft Intune.

Experience with JumpCloud.

Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.

Good written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.

Experience working in a global organization.

Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.This position is open to all candidates.
