Manage and operate the reception desk on an ongoing basis, while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department in the areas of employee welfare, attendance, training, and internal communications, ensuring a professional and courteous service experience for employees, candidates, and site visitors.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field- a significant advantage.At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role - mandatory.Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- mandatory..Previous experience in the Human Resources field- advantage.
Experience working with the Hilan system - advantage.Experience working with vendors and the Priority system - advantageThis position is open to all candidates.
