Integration & Customer Facing Analyst

Finout is the first cost observability platform that places business in its center, helping companies understand how each dollar they spend on their COGS and R&D is attributed, allowing them to slice their cost in different perspectives such as cost per customer, cost per unit economics, cost per feature, etc.

We’re looking for a tech enthusiast, who is passionate about learning and understanding new technologies, integrating open source tools, and analyzing data.

You’ll have to be a team player, as this role is highly dynamic and requires collaboration with other analysts, software developers, product managers, and customer-facing engineers. In this position, you will be working closely with our product team and will be in direct contact with our customers and help them onboard, build integration and get the maximum value out of Finout.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Passion for technology

• Self-motivated, proactive approach and ability to learn and work well with little direct supervision
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities
• Data Analytics skills (SQL as a minimum)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong communication skills

• Working knowledge with cloud providers (AWS, Azure etc), Docker or Kubernetes - a plus
• Knowledge in python development - a plus
