IT Engineer

We're looking for an experienced IT Engineer to serve as the IT Manager's right hand, taking ownership of day-to-day IT infrastructure, security operations, and R&D tooling support. This role focuses on hands-on technical expertise with operational responsibility, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment.Responsibilities:Act as the IT Manager's right hand across infrastructure, security, and vendor managementSupport R&D tooling (Jira, Confluence, Polarion, FlexLM) and serve as the primary contact for external vendorsImplement and maintain cybersecurity policies, tools, and controlsSupport the annual ERP upgrade project and ongoing ERP operationsContribute to IT ISO/automotive compliance and SOX controlsDesign, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems, including identity (AD/Entra ID), endpoint management, and cloud servicesDevelop PowerShell/bash automation for recurring administrative and security tasksTroubleshoot OS, hardware, and software issues across the organizationAnalyze system data and produce reports/recommendationsCollaborate with logistics and other group stakeholders on IT needsDeliver excellent, responsive support to internal users.Requirements: 5 years in IT engineering/system administrationStrong hands-on experience with Windows and LinuxHands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), GPO, DNS, Microsoft 365Proficiency in PowerShell and/or bash scripting for automationExperience with networking, firewalls, and physical infrastructure (servers, switches)Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)Experience with endpoint security and monitoring tools (EDR, SIEM, or similar)Familiarity with hypervisors (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)Experience with MDM SolutionsBasic understanding of communication protocolsService-oriented mindset, strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage projects end-to-endProfessional EnglishPreferred QualificationsAnalytical ThinkingNetworking Understanding (Protocols, Functionality)Troubleshooting Abilities.This position is open to all candidates.
