IT Solution Architect

We are building a next-generation autonomous systems platform deployed across cloud and air-gapped environments, supporting real-time operations and complex hardware-software integration.The IT Solution Architect plays a key role in bridging R&D and real-world operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that our systems are successfully deployed, installed, and operational in customer environments.This is not a traditional IT role-it's a hands-on engineering position focused on system delivery, networking, and field readiness of advanced software platforms.ResponsibilitiesLead the provisioning and setup of production environments for deployed systemsOwn the networking architecture and configuration for on-site and customer environmentsDefine and execute installation and deployment strategies for complex, distributed systemsTroubleshoot system-level issues across software, infrastructure, and networking layersWork closely with R&D teams to ensure solutions are deployable, robust, and maintainableSupport operations teams in delivering reliable, repeatable deploymentsContinuously improve deployment processes, documentation, and toolingRequirements: 3 years of experience in IT, system engineering, or deployment-focused rolesStrong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, etc.)Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and environmentsExperience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex software systemsAbility to diagnose issues across multiple layers: application, system, and networkStrong problem-solving skills and a field-oriented, ownership mindsetThis position is open to all candidates.
