Junior Developer - Issue Resolution

we are looking for a Junior Developer to resolve ongoing issues across our FinTech system and to take part in ongoing data and monitoring tasks.This role is hands-on execution: you will receive defined issues and take them through to a working solution and release. You'll do this work with our proprietary AI development agents, the main tools for the job: you will use them to work through issues and ship solutions quickly.What You'll DoAI-Powered Issue Resolution: Take defined issues and see them through to a working solution using our proprietary AI development agents- implementation, testing, and release.Data & Monitoring Tasks: Take part in the ongoing data and monitoring tasks that keep our SaaS platform running smoothly.Requirements: 1 year of actual development experience.Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Gemini, Codex) as part of your regular development workflow- troubleshooting, code generation, and refactoring.Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (Vue, Angular, or React) and solid backend development using TypeScript and Node.js.Data Fluency: Comfortable working hands-on with data, including familiarity with databases and data stores.Data-Driven Decision Making: Able to draw insights and make decisions based on data rather than assumptions.Hands-on experience with one of the major cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), Databricks, Git, GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity).Basic grasp of software architecture, enough to find your way around microservices and data streams.This position is open to all candidates.
