Junior Physicist

We are looking for Junior Physicist to be part of the laser and silicon photonics testing and characterization group.Responsibilities:Develop new testing methods, plan experiments and analyze test results to enable new product development.Characterize the performance of lasers and various photonic devices over different conditions to ensure they meet target specs.Participate and assist in Failure analysis and yield improvement investigations.Requirements: Experience:2-5 years of industry experience or relevant hands-on experience gained during advanced academic studies.Advantage: experience working in R&D environments within optics, photonics, or semiconductor companies.Required Skills:Strong understanding of optics and photonics principles.Experience in preparing and executing test plans, data analysis and DOE methodologies.Advantage: hands-on experience with laser and photonics testing at wafer, bar and chip levels.Programming experience in Python - an advantage.Good understanding of statistical analysis methods and tools.Education:B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Optics, Materials Engineering or a related scientific/engineering discipline.This position is open to all candidates.
