Role Description

Provide general legal support covering all business teams activities (manufacturing, operations, sales, business development, procurement, project execution, project finance, joint ventures, technology related transactions, investments, etc.), including performance of a wide variety of legal work, such as contract review, provision of general legal advice, etc.

Requirements

Law degree; LLM degree - advantage

Israel Bar Association license

Relevant work experience (3 to 5 years), including in the energy industry

Full command of English and Hebrew as working languages; knowledge of other language(s) - advantage

Good inter-personal and communication skills

Team-player

Analytical, detail-oriented

Multi-tasking capabilities - ability to manage and prioritize

Organized, responsible, and highly motivated

Ability to integrate into a global organization / multicultural environment

Highest standards of integrity

Ability to travel, if and as required
