Lead DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our CSA Infrastructure group. In this role, you will take a technical leadership position, driving the design, scalability, security, and operational excellence of our cloud platforms, while mentoring engineers and shaping DevOps best practices across teams.How will you make an impact?Lead the design, evolution, and operation of large-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, security, resilience, and cost efficiencyDrive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy and quality, ensuring consistency, reusability, and maintainability across environments and development groupsAct as a technical authority for troubleshooting complex production issues and leading root-cause analysisCollaborate closely with development, QA, security, and product teams to align infrastructure with business and product needsMentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvementLead initiatives around observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident responseProactively identify risks, technical debt, and optimization opportunitiesEvaluate, introduce, and scale new tools, technologies, and AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and reliability.Requirements: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience6+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps EngineerDeep expertise with AWS services (Azure experience is a strong advantage)Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, groovy)Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (CDK / CloudFormation / Terraform)Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerized workloads, and distributed systemsHands-on experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability platforms (Grafana and Prometheus)Solid hands-on experience working with Linux environments, including system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational best practicesStrong understanding of security, encryption, and compliance best practicesYou will have an advantage if you also have:Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end responsibilityNatural technical leader and mentorExcellent collaboration and communication skillsAbility to influence architecture and best practices across teamsProactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguityStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesGlobal mindset and fluent communication in English.This position is open to all candidates.
