8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including a role as tech lead or lead Developer on a production web platform.
Deep expertise in React, including performance optimization and large-codebase structure.
Proven track record of designing and owning system architecture end to end.
Proven experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
Strong backend development experience with Node.js, including API design and data modeling.
Hands-on DevOps capability: CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
Experience working with AI-assisted / agentic workflows and modern development tools.
Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
